Frozen pasta
Our frozen pasta is an excellent source of energy. It undergoes high-speed cryogenic freezing during production. In other words, the time period from mixing the ingredients to deep freezing is extremely short. This maximizes our high-quality ingredient preservation.
Pljukanci
Pljukanci is a traditional spindle-shaped, hand-rolled Istrian pasta made with simple ingredients. Historically a staple for poor families, pljukanci are now considered a prized delicacy with a long tradition.
One of our best-selling products made from high-quality wheat flour to achieve a smooth texture and authentic handmade pasta experience. Pljukanci are great with a variety of seasonal ingredients – asparagus and pancetta in the spring and porcini mushrooms in the autumn.
Istrian fuži
Istrian fuži are widely known symbols of traditional Istrian cuisine. In our production, we make sure that each fuž keeps its authentic look.
Thanks to their specific shape, fuži perfectly absorb rich sauces such as Istrian žgvacet stew, Istrian ox (boškarin) stew or refined truffle sauce.
Cheese ravioli
Quick-frozen cheese ravioli made from quality dough and creamy filling. Frozen immediately after preparation, ravioli preserve their freshness and are ideal as a quick meal option. They combine perfectly with light sauces, butter and sage.
Spinach ricotta ravioli
The combination of ricotta cheese and carefully selected spinach creates a light and delicious meal that takes just minutes to prepare. Our ravioli are great with light sauces made with olive oil or pesto.
Šurlice
Frozen pasta rooted in the Kvarner area tradition. Our šurlice are designed with a perfect texture and shape that maximize sauce absorption. The freezing method enhances freshness and allows for quick meal preparation. Šurlice are great with meat sauces, seafood, mushrooms or asparagus.
Gnocchi
The quick-freezing of our gnocchi ensures that their texture after cooking remains soft, airy and perfect. Made from the highest quality potato-based dough, they are the perfect choice for any meal.
