Rules of the Prize Competition “Holiday Meal Preparations”
Article 1: COMPETITION ORGANIZER

Article 2: DURATION, PURPOSE, AND LOCATION OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION
The prize competition “Holiday Meal Preparations” (hereinafter referred to as: the Competition) is conducted for the purpose of promoting the Organizer on its official Instagram page Tjestenina “Klara Marić” (https://www.instagram.com/tjestenina_klara_maric/) and Facebook page Tjestenina “Klara Marić” (https://www.facebook.com/tjesteninaklaramaric/).
The prize competition “Holiday Meal Preparations” (hereinafter referred to as: the Competition) is conducted for the purpose of promoting the Organizer on its official Instagram page Tjestenina “Klara Marić” (https://www.instagram.com/tjestenina_klara_maric/) and Facebook page Tjestenina “Klara Marić” (https://www.facebook.com/tjesteninaklaramaric/).
The Competition runs from December 9 (from the moment the prize competition post is published on social media) until December 14, 2025, at 11:59 PM, and applies to the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
A person who applies to participate in the Competition is hereinafter referred to as the Participant. The Competition is in no way connected to, sponsored, or promoted by any social network mentioned in these rules.
Article 3: PROMOTION AREA
All information about the Competition will be available on the Organizer's official Instagram page (instagram.com/tjestenina_klara_maric) and Facebook page (facebook.com/tjesteninaklaramaric).

The right to participate in the Competition is granted to all natural persons residing in the Republic of Croatia who are over 18 years of age on the start date of this Competition. Employees of the Organizer, employees of the Studio Sonda agency, as well as members of their immediate families, and any other person who participated in the preparation of this Prize Competition, are not eligible to participate. Minors do not have the right to participate in the Competition. In the event that, despite these Rules, a minor applies to participate in the Competition, and a subsequent data verification reveals that they do not meet the age requirement of this Article, their result will be declared invalid and the prize will belong to the next adult, best-ranked Participant. By participating in this Competition, Participants accept these Rules.

Article 6: HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE COMPETITION
To participate in the competition, the Participant must comment on the competition post on Facebook or Instagram, describing in a creative way their methods of dealing with stress while preparing holiday meals.

The Organizer will review all received videos and reserves the right to disqualify registered Participants at any time if:
- The participant violates the Rules;
- The participant does not respond to the Organizer's inquiry within 24 hours, provides incorrect personal data, or if it is impossible to establish contact with them for any other reason;
- They do not adhere to the theme of the Competition;
- The submitted content is offensive or vulgar, or the text represents content that is not in accordance with the law;
- The submitted content depicts children and minors;

Article 7: INCORRECT AND IRREGULAR ENTRIES
Incorrect or incompletely filled entries are invalid and do not entitle the participant to any prize. Multiple Participants with the same email address will be considered as a single winner. If a Competition Participant enters any inappropriate or offensive content, it will be removed and will not be considered a regular entry into the Competition.

The Participant's entry must be in accordance with the Rules of this Competition. A total of 6 (in words: six) winners of the prize competition will be selected by an expert jury based on the creativity of the comment. The expert jury consists of 3 (in words: three) people. The winner of the Prize Competition will be announced no later than December 17, 2025, on the Organizer's Instagram profile and Facebook page.

The data provided by the Participants to the Organizer is used exclusively for the purposes of the full functionality of this Competition. Please note, Meta is a public space, and the publication of any content (including photos and videos) may constitute an invasion of privacy, both of the Competition participants themselves and of third parties. If Competition Participants publish any content/photos on the specified platform or the Organizer's websites, it will be considered that they published it voluntarily, and the Organizer bears no responsibility for its content, nor for the misuse of such content by any third parties. The Organizer warns Competition Participants not to publish their personal data on the public Instagram or Facebook page, but to send data directly to the Organizer. If the Participants have published any content on Meta (including photos, text messages, comments, etc.), it will be deemed that they have all the necessary authorizations to publish such content. By such publication, the Competition Participants grant the Organizer permission to use the entirety of the published content for marketing and any other commercial purposes, without time or territorial restrictions, in any form or medium, and at the same time waive all material and any other rights belonging to them on that basis. The Organizer will not have access to the user's Instagram or Facebook profile, nor will it use or access the user's data on that network, except for data that is publicly available. Any use of false or duplicate profiles, or a reasonable suspicion of their existence, will be sanctioned by eliminating the Participant from the Competition. The Organizer cannot know what personal data will be transferred to social networks, nor in what manner and to what extent such data will be used by them or third parties. It is recommended that the Participant familiarizes themselves with the data protection rules on the mentioned social networks.

The Organizer will not share identifiable personal information with other parties, except in the case of delivering the Prize on behalf of the Organizer and for its account. The Organizer is authorized to disclose the identifiable personal information/data of the Participant when it is reasonably expected that their disclosure will help in law enforcement or is necessary as a result of a court order.
