Istrian fusi is the most famous and traditional Istrian veal. We devote special attention and love to every segment of fusi production. We unwaveringly remain faithful to traditional, home-made and authentic craftsmanship - the one with which our grandmothers and mothers made them generations ago.

Our homemade fuji is made from carefully selected durum wheat grains and high-quality, fresh pasteurized eggs. By joining the two ends of the dough in the shape of a rhombus, in an embrace, it is created as a legacy of our tradition.

In Istria, chicken gum is traditionally prepared, a favorite dish from our grandmothers' cookbooks.
